Your first level of support and resolution is the dealer or reseller you purchased the product from. If you purchased the product from Visionary Solutions, Inc., contact us directly.
Within the first thirty (30) days of receiving your AVN Encoder, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product then, please do the following:
PRODUCTS RETURNED TO VISIONARY SOLUTIONS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will issue a credit through your credit card company or refund the money directly if that is how payment was originally received. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. VSI is not likely to take product back if you have kept it for longer than thirty (30) days or you have carelessly damaged it.
OUT OF WARRANTY RETURNS
Prior to issuing an RMA #, for out of warranty product returns, collection of a $97.00 (per unit) diagnostic fee is required. This fee will be applied towards the repair or replacement cost, which is to be determined upon inspection. Payment may be made by credit card, check, wire transfer or eligible VSI account.
