Simply buy one encoder and one decoder and return them within 30 days for a full refund (you only pay return shipping). Return Policy
Within the first thirty (30) days of receiving your AVN Encoder, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the unit then please call us immediately for a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number at:

Please be prepared to tell us the nature of your dissatisfaction. We are committed to ongoing improvement so your feedback is highly valued. We shall issue a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number. Package the unit in its original packaging, put the RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number on the outside of the box and send it to:

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will issue a credit through your credit card company or refund the money directly if that is how payment was originally received. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. VSI is not likely to take product back if you have kept it for longer than thirty (30) days or you have carelessly damaged it.
